Development Permit Application Plans
If you are planning to build your dream house, an addition, garage, fence, or deck, or a developer is proposing an infill or semi-detached dwelling, most likely, a Development Permit (DP) will be required by the local municipality (e.g. The City of Calgary). Part of the Development Permit process requires a plan of survey (site plan) and/or block profile. As experienced municipal surveyors, all of our survey plans will include required information to meet the list of criteria by the local municipality.
